Seeing that school has just began for many and it’s time to get back into the grove of things, I think it may be time to start thinking about what kind of physical activities many should take into consideration to stay healthy and stress free throughout the semester.  Many colleges offer Zumba, Yoga and even Hip-Hop Cardio classes throughout the semester to keep their students entertained and active.  Even if they don’t offer such classes workout facilities are usually always available on campuses and should be taken advantage of.  If working out in the gym or around others really isn’t your thing try activities that you can do at home or even try YouTube where they have plenty of tips and videos.  Staying in shape should always be simple, fun, free and convenient no matter what.  Below are 10 ways you can exercise at home without using equipment provide by  For more information follow the link.

    I always feel bad about not working out, but I forget how easy it is to stay active by doing simple exercises like these. For me, it’s super important to just stay active, even if I can’t make it to the gym. I think these ideas of how to exercise at home will make it easier for me to get a quick workout in and make me not feel as guilty!
